During this conversation, we look at where your needs and requirements lie, how many people you are traveling with, what your budget is, and what you find important during your holiday. It's up to you where your preference lies; telephone or video call.

Questionnaire 
We will send you a survey, which includes specific questions to help you arrive at the perfect holiday planning.

Travel plan
Based on your wishes and requirement, our team will prepare an itinerary for you. This will include recommended sights and activities at the locations on the itinerary. Of course nothing is definitive, it is only a proposal. During this process you can make as many changes as you want!

Accommodation plan
Once you decide that this is the perfect itinerary for you, including the best activities and most beautiful sightseeings, we will search for the perfect accommodations. All this of course based on your wishes, budget and requirements. 

Checklist meeting
We can always schedule a meeting one month before departure. Have you packed everything? What not to forget and what is important to do before departure.
